This restaurant is so beautiful it was the most pleasant experience. The wine guy Rafael, amazing at his job, i would come back just for him, made my dinner superb. Hostess was very kind and sweet. The food was 5 star service 5 star I had escargot and flounder, the escargot it’s very good very garlic and buttery. The flounder was outstanding perfectly cooked. I loved the puree and asparagus. It went really well with it. Thought I needed duck fries and I really didn’t need the fries but i still got them and of course they taste great. They also give you really amazing French bread. all the servers and waitstaff were all amazing like this perfectly oiled machine. Thanks for a great night.
We waited in a long ass line at Salt and Ivy inside Aria before looking over at the lineless Bardot and decided to try it, though it wasn't immediately obvious it was open. I made my husband stay in line at Salt and Ivy while I asked if Bardot was open! But once inside, it was bustling with life! It is a nice French Bistro inside the Aria! The French Onion soup is absolutely to die for. I didn't like the Bloody Mary since it was just vodka and mix. A very American drink such as the Bloody Mary seemed a little out of place on the menu since this is a French-inspired restaurant. They could definitely improve it! Atmosphere was lovely. The interior decor...timeless. My husband had the daily special of steak, eggs, slaw, and fries. He so graciously shared with me and it was yummy!
The moment I stepped into Bardot, I knew breakfast was going to be special. Every bite was an exercise in perfection. The rich, savory flavor of the thick bacon, the sweet burst of perfectly ripe fruit, and the melt-in-your-mouth French toast created a symphony of tastes. And the coffee! The aroma of the French press, followed by the smooth, robust flavor, was a delight. The latte was equally impressive. The atmosphere was elegant and warm. I'm already planning my dinner reservation.
Bardot is always a good time. I’ve been more times than I can count. For the brunch it’s more of a dark atmosphere than the typical light and airy kind of brunch. Every single dish is incredible and it’s always consistent. Don’t miss the French toast, it’s amazing. They make it in a super special way that takes a couple of days. If your gluten free the giant chocolate macaron is gluten free. Surprisingly the overnight oats are very very delicious. I love it here.
We were served by Sam and Dorothy and they ensured we have a great meal. What we ordered were very nice and there was a live musician as well, playing chill guitar and singing. What a great mood for a Sunday morning.
Located in the Aria, I can’t say enough about this fantastic dining experienced! Thanks to the invitation from #nicole Mayor of #dineology, I was able take in one of the most enjoyable afternoon brunch delights ever. Beginning with the Prime Steak Tartare topped with caviar that melted in my mouth. It was the perfect complement to the pastry basket of which my favorite was the Canele De Bordeaux with its multiple layers of flakey goodness. Next up, a lovely appetizer of Oeuf Mimosa, not your average deviled egg. Again topped with caviar and chive. Delicious. Another favorite was the King Crab topped with Parmesan, placed gently on a petite leaf of multiple color romaine lettuce. As darling as the presentation was, the taste was even better. My favorite is French onion soup. I’ve tried it in countless cities and can honestly say that Bordot’s is among the very best. What came next can be described only as... a masterpiece of perfection. The Beef Wellington. It states “For Two” but can easily serve Four. From the rollout and live carving to the carefully played presentation to the outstanding quality and texture this dish tops the charts. Beef Wellington is one of the most difficult dishes to get right and wow, did they nail it! To wrap things up we enjoyed a little slice of heaven. A three day process of soaked bread, baked to absolute fluffy goodness, topped with marzipan cream, and almond brittle decor. Must try to truly appreciate. The chefs and staff here are unmatched and I look forward to wowing both my team and my clients on future visits. Beautiful experience all the way around. Michael Mina’s Bardot Brasserie may be my new guilty pleasure!
Brunch at Bardot Brasserie inside the ARIA Las Vegas is nothing short of exceptional. From the refined Parisian ambiance to the elevated service, this is a true fine-dining brunch experience that left a lasting impression. Our server, Bianca, was absolutely outstanding. Her warmth, professionalism, and thoughtful recommendations brought a personal touch made the experience wonderful. Chef Gio delivered an unforgettable culinary performance with one of Bardot’s signature Sunday brunch dishes, and was the star of the show - the Bardot Wellington. 12 oz. USDA prime filet mignon, bayonne ham, puff pastry mushroom duxelle, truffle fries, sauce and au poivre. This dish was pure artistry with bold, indulgent flavors. Perfect for two or more and absolutely unforgettable.
From the moment I arrived at Bardot, I was captivated by the ambiance. The rich sounds of an incredibly talented live singer set the perfect tone for a luxurious Sunday brunch. I recommended some of the best dishes on the menu, with flavors thoughtfully crafted, blending international inspiration with local finesse. What stood out just as much as the cuisine was the decor. The entire space is beautifully designed, but I couldn’t take my eyes off the stunning rose centerpiece, it added a touch of elegance that tied the whole experience together. With globally inspired dishes, and warm hospitality, this brunch felt like something from a dream. Highly recommend the French toast, the French onion, soup, and the beef Wellington. I would travel here from anywhere just to experience it again. This is the kind of place you have to visit at least once in your life.
